Project section: plan the GTM

Wohoo! We're at the last section of this project. After this, you will be equipped to nail any and every possible partnership, with a David or a Goliath.

  1. Understanding the product
  2. Litmus test to understand if partnerships are the right channel for you
  3. Identify the right type of partnership
  4. Reaching out to potential partners
  5. Getting stakeholder buy-in
  6. Planning the GTM

Planning the GTM

You've done everything right - selected the most impactful problem to solve, selected the right type of partnership, reached out to the correct POC and nailed the entire partnership agreement, got alignment from stakeholder.

But if you don't GTM the partnership right, if you don't reachout to potential customers to attract them, it won't be of any use.

To make the GTM pitch, think about the following:

  1. What is the problem you're solving for?
  2. Is there demand for your offering?
  3. What's your brand offering?
  4. Where does your ICP spend most of their time?

Make customer value matrix

What's their biggest problem?

Where do they go for solution?

What value do you provide them?

How do you communicate this value?

Based on above, make your pitch and decide the channels!
